Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate products, and custom-made items, are non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds & Processing Time
After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
